While most people consider Lumpy, the moose from Happy Tree Friends, dumb and others consider him very smart but can be a jerk a lot, there are still some (such as this article's author) that believe he is very smart and may have Asperger's syndrome. It is also true that many individuals with Asperger's syndrome tend to be very smart as well. Lumpy has been at many times, unaware of other characters' emotions, as seen in episodes such as Every Litter Bit Hurts, Mime to Five, Chew Said a Mouthful, See What Develops, Wipe Out, and Tongue in Cheek, which is also a common characteristic of Asperger's syndrome as many individuals with Asperger's syndrome have a harder time seeing the bigger picture. Lumpy has also been shown to have sensitivity to sound in the episodes In a Jam and Hear Today, Gone Tomorrow as well as limited interest in multiple things as he's had multiple occupations (which also goes hand in hand with his smartness). Both are common characteristics of Asperger's syndrome as well.
